This is not, obviously, the coldest it's been all day; it was -13 when I woke up. There's a wind chill of something insane but I've not been outside today, so I can't attest what it "feels" like except that the blasts when the dog had to go in and out were arctic. Yeah, it got all the way down to -22F this morning. Brrr. My car had problems starting and I had to get a ride from a car that spent the night in a garage :(
