The conceit of the cooking videos is that her family just wanders around doing average, mildly funny stuff in the background and her grandson runs tearing through like the six-year-old he is occasionally--one continues cooking in spite of interruptions, get it? Might I just say that all the recipies of hers that I've made have turned out fabulous.
Anyway I'm making this with the Napa Cabbage Slaw (only with mexican seasonings and regular cabbage) and the Mexican Brown Rice. Yum.
