Actually I've been a week off on the Advent thingies--I should have started in November--but mishmashing things together, I've been thinking about the Joy Sunday and Mary, and looking down at this huge belly of mine and being grateful I'm not bumping along on a donkey on a dirt road in Israel.
I will be bumping along in a Ford Explorer on an interstate to the various grandparents' this week, so if I'm quiet you all know why.
The presents are wrapped, except for one small one.
The lists of "what to take for Christmas" are getting made up.
The kids are noticing there aren't many doors left to open on the advent calendar.
It's almost time. :)
